What delivery options are available?

All deliveries are arranged through your local store by third-party delivery services. Rates vary depending on order total and distance from your local store

How do you deliver furniture?

Furniture is delivered by truck delivery with multiple speed and service options. All items are delivered to your home by appointment to your room of choice. For an extra fee, items can be unpacked and fully assembled. Please talk with associates at your local store to decide which delivery options they offer and what is right for you. 

What items are eligible for delivery?

To find out whether an item is eligible for delivery, select the color and/or size of the item and add it to your cart. Once in the cart, you will be able to see whether the item is available for delivery from your local store. Most items are eligible for delivery with the exception of some home accessories and accents. 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged once the item(s) are delivered.

What should I do if I don't receive a confirmation email?

If you don't receive a confirmation email within two hours of placing your order, please call your local FFO Home store.

 

Pick-Up

1. Choose store pick-up when placing your online order and select your local store. Proceed through checkout.

2. We will call you directly when your order is ready to arrange a pick-up time. 

3. Stop by the store to pick-up your order!

To find out whether an item is eligible for you to pick-up, select the color and/or size of the item and add it to your cart. Once in the cart, you will be able to see whether the item is available for pick-up at your store of choice. Most items are eligible for pick-up.

What should I do if I don't receive a confirmation email?

If you don't receive a confirmation email within two hours of placing your order, please call the FFO Home store you selected for pick-up.

When will my order be ready to pick-up?

When your order is ready to be picked-up, we will call you directly letting you know. If you placed your order during store hours, an associate will call you to let you know when your order will be ready (typically within two hours for most stores). If you order after your selected local store has closed, you will receive a call with pick-up information as soon as possible the next day. Store hours may vary by location, so be sure to check the hours before you head out.

What do I need to bring to the store when I pick up my order?

Please bring your order number and a valid photo I.D.

Who can pick up my order?

Unless you call to instruct otherwise, you are the only person authorized to pick up your order. If you'd like someone else to pick-up your order, please call us and provide that person's name. Make sure the person picking up your order brings a copy of the order confirmation email, along with their valid photo I.D.

How long will you hold my item(s) at the store?

We will hold your item(s) for 7 days, beginning from when you are called letting you know that your order is ready for pick-up. If you need more time, no problem! Simply call the store and let them know when you'll be there to pick-up your order.
