What is your return policy?

We offer a 7 day return policy at our discretion for all items purchased in-store or online with the exception of Mattress in a Box items.

All Mattress in a Box items can be returned in-store for a full refund or store credit up to 60 days from the date of delivery though we ask that you keep the mattress for a minimum of 30 days as it can take this long for your body to adjust to a new mattress. If you are not located near a store and as we are not able to take back bed in a box items, we will help arrange donation to a local charity or homeless shelter and provide a full refund. 

 

What is your delivery policy and pick-up options?

Delivery: We are able to deliver within 100 miles of your local store. All deliveries are arranged through your local store by third-party delivery services. 

Pick-up: Choose store pick-up when placing your online order and select your local store. We will call you directly when your order is ready to arrange a pick-up time.

I didn't receive a confirmation email for my online purchase.

If you haven't received your confirmation email within 10 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk filters first. How does your Lowest Price Guarantee work?

We offer the lowest prices of any retailer day in and day out, guaranteed! So you can buy with confidence knowing we have taken the price worry out of shopping.

In the unlikely event  that you find the identical product advertised or sold for less within 30 days of purchase and within a 50 mile radius of the store where you purchased, we will not only match the price of the other retailer, but give you an extra 10% off the difference. That’s a 110% price guarantee. And we will also give you $25 in free home accents. Just bring in your FFO Home purchase receipt and verification of the other retailer’s product and price.

 

How can I submit a warranty claim?

To submit a warranty claim, the original buyer should contact the FFO Home store where the purchase was made.
