If your items are available at your local store you can select Store Pick-up at checkout to buy online and pick-up in store.
A sales associate will contact you when your items are ready to pick-up. Please see below for expected availability based on current store hours,
Threshold Delivery
Get your new furniture and mattresses delivered to your doorstep with Threshold Delivery.
FFO Home will deliver your purchase to your doorstep or inside your door. Save by placing your furniture in your home yourself, unpack and assemble if required.

White Glove Delivery
Let FFO Home handle all of your delivery and assembly needs so you can get right to enjoying your new purchase.
FFO Home will deliver, place and assemble your purchase, and haul away the packaging so you don't have to!

White Glove Delivery Includes:

- Removal of all packing materials

NOTE: Additional charges may apply if furniture is delivered to the second level of your home, more than one room requires set-up or if you need your old product hauled away.
When will my order be ready for Pick-Up or Delivery?
After your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a pick-up and delivery time. Our opening days and hours are selective to Wednesday - Sunday. Therefore, if you order online Monday – Tuesday, we will contact you as soon as possible on Wednesday when we reopen. If you place an online order Wdnesday – Sunday, we will contact you within 24 hours. Thank you for your patience as we reopen our stores safely and effectively!

Frequently Asked Questions

What delivery options are available?

We are able to deliver within 50 miles of a store. All deliveries are arranged through a store by reliable and affordable third-party truck delivery services. At this time we offer Threshold delivery and White Glove delivery.

For White Glove delivery, items are delivered to your home by appointment to your room of choice and they are unpacked and fully assembled. For Threshold delivery, the items are left at your doorstep for retrieval or brought through one doorway of your home.

Delivery rates vary depending on order total and distance from a store.

How long does delivery take?

We will deliver your item(s) as soon as we can! The item(s) will be delivered from your local FFO Home location or from another FFO Home location in your region where the item is in stock. Delivery is usually available within 3-5 business days, but may take up to 3 weeks if a transfer of product is needed. 

How do you deliver furniture?

Furniture and mattresses are delivered by our delivery partners. For White Glove delivery, items are delivered to your home by appointment to your room of choice and they are unpacked and fully assembled. For Threshold delivery, the items are left at your doorstep for retrieval or brought through one doorway of your home.

How do I schedule delivery?

FFO Home will contact you as soon as possible after your order is placed to schedule delivery. Please note that it may take up to 3 days to receive a call due to our stores being temporarily closed Monday-Wednesday. 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your purchase is confirmed at checkout. 

What items are eligible for delivery and store pick-up??

Furniture, mattresses and rugs are available for delivery. Decor items are not currently available for delivery.

When will my items be available for store pick-up?

After your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a pick-up  time. As our stores continue to reopen, the opening days and hours are selective to Thursday - Sunday. Therefore, if you order online Monday – Wednesday, we will contact you as soon as possible on Thursday when we reopen. If you place an online order Thursday – Sunday, we will contact you within 24 hours. Thank you for your patience as we reopen our stores safely and effectively.

What do I need to bring to the store when I pick up my order?

Please bring your order number and a valid photo I.D.

Who can pick up my order?

Unless you call to instruct otherwise, you are the only person authorized to pick up your order. If you'd like someone else to pick-up your order, please call us and provide that person's name. Make sure the person picking up your order brings a copy of the order confirmation email, along with their valid photo I.D.

How long will you hold my item(s) at the store?

We will hold your item(s) for 7 days, beginning from when you are called letting you know that your order is ready for pickup. If you need more time, no problem! Simply call the store and let them know when you'll be there to pick up your order.
