Delivery & Pick-up

What are your delivery and pickup options?

Delivery: We are able to deliver within 50 miles of a store. All deliveries are arranged through a store by reliable and affordable third-party truck delivery services. At this time we offer Threshold delivery and White Glove delivery. 

Pickup: Choose store pickup when placing your online order and select your store of preference. The store will contact you directly when your order is ready to arrange a pickup time.

At this time curbside pickup or in-store pickup is available.

How do you deliver furniture?

Furniture and mattresses are delivered by truck delivery. For White Glove delivery, items are delivered to your home by appointment to your room of choice and they are unpacked and fully assembled. For Threshold delivery, the items are left at your doorstep for retrieval or brought through one doorway of your home.

How do you calculate delivery charges?

How do I schedule delivery?

Once you have placed an order, a store associate will call you within 24 hours to schedule delivery.

How long does delivery take?

We will deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery is usually available within 3-5 days for in-stock items. If a transfer of item(s) is needed, delivery may take up to 3 weeks.

Furniture Protection Plans

Do you offer protection plans?

Yes. For an additional fee we provide protection plans for furniture and adjustable mattress bases. Furniture can be covered for 5 years. Adjustable bases can be covered for 5 or 10 years.

How much do protection plans cost?

The cost of protection plans is based on the total value of your furniture or adjustable base purchase. Protection plans will be available online soon! 

How do I make a protection plan claim?

Making a claim is easy:

1. Have your sales receipt and pre-registered Protection Plan document.

3. Answer a few questions.

Lowest Prices Guaranteed

Do you price match? How does your lowest price guarantee work?

We offer the lowest prices every day, guaranteed!  So, you can buy with confidence knowing we have taken the price worry out of shopping.  In the unlikely event that you find the identical product with a matching model number advertised or sold for less within 30 days of purchase and within a 50 mile radius of the store where you purchased, we will not only match the price of the other brick and mortar retailer, but give you an extra 10% of the difference.  That is a 110% price guarantee. Just bring in your FFO Home purchase receipt and verification of the other retailer’s product and price to your local store.

- Original Receipt - Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.

- Gift Receipt - Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.

- Delivery Fees - Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
