1. What happens if I don’t qualify for the first offer?

If you do not qualify for the first offer, you may be presented with a subsequent offer (subject to credit approval) that can be used to complete the purchase.

Once you agree to the terms and accept the offer, you can use the financing solution that you choose to complete your purchase. If you decline the offer, you will be brought back to the checkout process where you can proceed with your order using a different form of payment.

2. Which financial lenders work with SatisFi from Synchrony ?

SatisFi from Synchrony works with multiple partners. Synchrony is the primary lender and they are the bank behind the primary offer presented. If you are not approved for this offer, you may be presented additional offers from the other lenders, pending credit approval.

3. How do I pay my bill?

You’ll have the opportunity to accept or decline the offer. If you accept the offer, additional information and terms will be provided to you and you can proceed to complete the purchase.
